About the Business
All of our staff have been vetted and trained in house by the owner. When a new member of the team joins us, they will follow a rigorous internal training programme covering all aspects of our cleaning services. They will then work alongside one of the team leaders to gain vital on the job experience in order to meet customer expectations. All staff receive periodic refresher training to keep our standards high. We also do spot checks to maintain a high standard.
All the staff work in teams enabling us to provide a unique tailored service to our customers and ensuring each property is quality checked. We are fully insured and carry both public liability and employee insurance, so in the unlikely event that an accident does occur our customers are safe in the knowledge that everything is covered.
