All of our customers receive a text message the evening before their clean to remind them we are due to call round and to leave back gates open if required for back windows to be cleaned. We guarantee high standards of work that will remain the same from day one throughout the time you are with us.
If you are unhappy with the service providing by us for any reason simply call us within 48 hours of your clean and we come back to correct any problems, at NO extra costs to yourselves. All of our team members are issued with photo ID cards and branded clothing, for your peace of mind.
