Following an initial consultation meeting with a prospective client to establish all their needs and objectives, a full site survey would be carried out. From this meeting and survey a full report and proposal would be prepared and presented back to the client.
Within the report there would be a full survey results and recommendations section, along with a method of operation, staffing suggestions, cleaning specification, chemical, products & machinery allocation.
Prior to commencement of contract the current cleaning staff would be interviewed to ensure we meet any T.U.P.E implications or alternative local staff would be recruited and appropriate references would be sought.
We generally use quality products supplied by the Jangro Group but can source specific products you may already be using or we can find a suitable alternative. For most clients we monitor and maintain on their behalf the necessary stocks on site to ensure that they never run out. Equally we keep the stock level to a minimum to assist in budget control.
These supplies are normally delivered direct to site on a fortnightly basis with a delivery note for your records. If an emergency situation arose a delivery can be made before the next cleaning shift (maximum 24 hours).
