Hamilton, South LanarkshirePlease do not use this company, they are not professionals, they have ruined my 100% wool rug, they have saturated it in water and obviously should have been dry cleaned. I also had to chase them up several times to have the rug returned, made several promises and not kept them. They eventually delivered the rug after another phone call and it was like a concertina, was advised it would settle, it had also been folded and not rolled. I called to complain about the state of the rug and was advised that they would come and pick it up and rectify it, don't know how they can add inches as the rug has shrunk, no one arrived and they didn't answer the phone. I will give them another call tomorrow and see what excuse I get this time. They had the rug for almost two weeks when advised three to four days.
