Lanarkshire Domestic Cleaning Services is a domestic cleaning agency who's aim is to provide the best housekeeping, cleaning and ironing services within the Lanarkshire area.
We are a family run business, with a strong background in Customer Services with large International Companies, including Mobile Phone Companies, Energy providers and Media Companies who are household names. Using the knowledge gained through our professional careers, we apply those skills to providing the best possible customer service we can.
Our cleaners operate as agents on behalf of Lanarkshire Domestic Cleaning Services. In order to become an agent our cleaners undergo a strict application process. Our cleaners are the public face of our company, and only the very best will be trusted with our Company reputation. The owners of the company remain hands on and have their own clients so they are able to set the standards with the rest of the team.
You need to trust the cleaner, which is why we take the application process so serious. All of our housekeepers are interviewed in their own home. We check two references and 2 forms of Identification, one of which is photographic such as Passport or driving licence. Proof of eligibility to work is essential, and all agents must sign a declaration of eligibility to work.
