About the Business

KD Commercial Cleaning Limited is a Salford based company which is privately owned and run by Karen Kelly in partnership with David Clayton. Before setting up KD Commercial Cleaning together they spent several years employed as the senior managers of a Yorkshire based cleaning company, between them they were directly responsible for managing almost 200 cleaning staff around Manchester.

KD Commercial Cleaning was formed in in 2008 when it became apparent that the ideas and beliefs which were entirely responsible for our success were fundamentally at odds with the new policies of our former employers.

Having resisted pressure for over a year to concentrate on maximising profits instead of building solid business foundations, it was only a matter of time before Karen and David parted company with the new regime - but not before making preparations for KD to "hit the ground running."

Customers who remembered Karen and David from their former lives already knew of their reputation for commitment and professionalism, as well as their "can do" attitude. It is this reputation which has assured the future of KD Commercial Cleaning. KD Commercial Cleaning was formed at the start of the global recession, and despite the difficult trading conditions faced by businesses everywhere - has experienced solid growth at a time when it's rivals have been forced to cut back.
