My carpet and upholstery cleaning process is very thorough and, for domestic carpet and upholstery cleaning, the usual method will be Hot Water Extraction (HWE). This is the most popular and effective method of carpet and upholstery cleaning. Before cleaning any possible limitations with the likely outcomes will be discussed and highlighted.

The process begins with a thorough vacuum of the area to be cleaned. Any spots and stains will be addressed and then a pre-spray appropriate to the material type will be applied and agitated. Following a short dwell time the area will be extracted which will remove the loosened soils. If you choose to have a protector applied this will be done at the end of the process. Drying times vary for different types of carpet and upholstery but my deep and thorough cleaning will keep this to an absolute minimum.
