About the Business

Hi, I'm Ian Lancaster and I've been cleaning windows in the North Kent area since the late 1960's! For most of that time I was a traditional "ladder and bucket" man and I believe I provided a uniquely personal and friendly service to my many hundreds of residential customers and a small exclusive group of commercial contracts.

In 2004 new legislation regarding working at height prompted me to invest in the latest Purified Water Fed Pole system - no longer precariously running up ladders but thoroughly washing everything: frames, sills, doors, plastic panels etc in complete safety with both feet firmly on the ground!

2006 saw me looking ahead to retirement (in 2009) and I decided I needed to do something to avoid having to work till I dropped, and so my idea of Franchising was born. Six years later I am proud to say I and my wife Lise are directors of our Franchising business with a network of ten Franchise owners, four of whom are under the management of our Master Franchisee, Greg Smyth.
