All our cleaners are thoroughly vetted to screen out unsuitable candidates. In fact 90% of potential candidates do not make it onto our database. We carefully check applicant references and vet them in their own homes to ensure their cleaning standards match what we are looking for. We also look for the right attitude and personality and ask ourselves whether we would be happy to employ this person in our home. Only after we are happy on all counts would we consider allocating them to our clients.
