At Elite we value just how precious your rug is to you. It will be handled with great care and expertise. All of our cleaning is undertaken by skilled crafts people with years of experience.

We carry out a thorough pre inspection of every rug prior to cleaning. Elite believe that pre inspection of each rug is very important as it brings to our attention anything we feel we need to mention to our customers prior to cleaning and this also allows us to adapt our cleaning process depending on our findings.

We use an inverted vibro suction beating machine to ensure that all the dry dust and grit is removed from the rug prior to the cleaning process. This machine 'shakes and beats' the debris and dust out of the foundation of the rug at a speed while the vacuum on the machine sucks up all the dust and debris as it goes through.

Our cleaning process will not affect any stain guard protection. Here at Elite we also offer a rug repair service which includes re fringing, re tufting, darning, wooling, binding etc. All materials used are environmentally friendly and will not cause allergic reactions. Odour treatment / stain protection available on request. All rugs are fully insured.
