Econ Cleaning

We believe that if we take good care of our employees, they will take good care of our customers. Therefore, Econ routinely promotes from within, offers bonuses and recognises achievements. Our employee and supervisor of the month and year awards enable us to set the benchmark for professionalism with reliability and standards of excellence, which are absolutely unique. As a result, Econ has a low employee turnover ratio that translates into better-trained and more experienced employees. The difference is noticeable, especially in terms of customer service and technical prowess.
