We personally select all our team members and they are all employed by the company. We do not operate like as an agency as some services companies do. Each job, whether a regular or one off deep clean, has a supervisor allocated to oversee the standard of work and to ensure you’re satisfied with the work we’ve carried out for you. Our in-house induction and training programme is comprehensive resulting in excellent staff retention levels which we believe reflects the level of service we provide to our clients.
Commercial cleaning is usually the 'unseen' service but one that’s noticeable when it’s not carried out correctly or not done at all. At TCF we set a high standard of service. Our cleaning service is tailored both to your needs and to your budget whether it’s required on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. The service is specifically designed to meet the needs of our clients. All employees benefit from our in-house training programme. Each clean may vary dependent on the time and budget available although our high level of service will never be compromised.
