The cleaning process consists of first pre-spraying with cleaning agent and then scrubbing, to work the cleaning agent deep down into the fabric and release the dirt from the fibres.
The carpet is then hot water extraction cleaned. This is done by use of the extraction machine which applies rinse agent to the carpet by a high pressure pump which reaches right down to the base of the fibres. The machine then employs the use of two 3 stage vacuum pumps to remove all of the dirt and cleaning solutions from the carpet. Stain and odour treatment is used where necessary to deal with any stubborn problems and Stain/Spill Guard can be applied if desired at an additional cost. Where possible we also use high powered fans to rapidly reduce drying times.
All upholstery is inspected prior to cleaning, to identify the material and suitability to being wet cleaned. We identify any stains and heavily soiled areas and give honest guidance on cleaning results. Surrounding furnishings are covered up to enable your upholstery to be cleaned where it is. The furniture is pre-sprayed and brushed to release the dirt from the fibres and stains are treated with the relevant removers. The upholstery is then cleaned using a specialist fibre and fabric rinse and high powered extraction machine. High powered fans are then used to speed up the drying of your cleaned furniture. We can also offer the application of a stain and spill guard at an additional cost.
