About the Business
We take the safety of all our clients very seriously, whether a business or an individual. This is one of the reasons we were chosen to be approved providers for individuals with special needs such as the elderly and disabled through Calderdale Adult Health And Social Care Unit. It is also one of the reasons we get so many recommendations from existing clients both commercial and individuals alike.
We do, where possible, provide the SAME cleaning operative on every visit, so you can feel secure in the knowledge that we do not pass your alarm number or house key around our team, or worse still, have different people visiting you that you do not know.
For your safety and peace of mind, we will always let you know if your regular cleaner is sick or on holiday. If it isn’t your normal cleaning operative and you haven’t been informed that they are on sick or on holiday then DO NOT LET THEM IN. Should your cleaning operative be on holiday or sick you will be informed and offered a replacement. It is your choice to either accept the replacement or cancel your call for that visit. You will not be charged for a cancelled call.
