About the Business

We have traded for 42 years, but are an evolving company, always looking for ways to enhance the services we offer and the way we look after all our employees. Last month we were accredited with Investors in People, one of the few cleaning companies to achieve this status.

To reach this level, we have established procedures to ensure the fair and effective recruitment, development and management of our staff, making sure these procedures comply with relevant legislation and best practice in HR. Each employee is provided with a proper employment contract and an opportunity to better themselves with training opportunities. Our objective is to offer staff sustainable contracts, full time where possible, resulting in higher rates of staff retention. This brings worthwhile benefits in the form of higher staff commitment, improved client satisfaction due to continuity, and reduced costs in terms of recruitment and training.

Our Quality Manuals don't sit on a shelf gathering dust. Cleaning is a service delivered through the daily adherence by hundreds of staff to individual specifications and method statements. The procedures in our quality management system are designed to ensure this happens and are implemented rigorously on a day to day basis. We know things can sometimes go wrong and we’re not ashamed of the fact that our Help Desk receives calls from clients who occasionally have reason to bring faults to our attention. It’s how we respond to them that often makes our client relationships stronger.
