Paul was working in an office environment and saw that the contract cleaning being delivered was lacking in service. He started his own cleaning company which soon grew, and many commercial premises and offices began to use their services.

Over time, while gaining expertise, experience and training qualifications, Alban Cleaning Services (ACS) grew to cover Hertfordshire, encompassing St Albans, Hemel Hempstead, Watford and surrounding areas, employing over 60 operatives on-site daily. As well as contract cleaning, they also provide a fantastic range of cleaning machines.

If you’re unhappy with your current cleaning company then we can take over the contract, absorbing the current staff with minimal, unique changes made to their contracts by us as well as imposing stricter working procedures – we call this the Transfer of Undertaking of Protection of Employment, or TUPE for short.
